GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
CBD Store products ship from Hollywood, Florida US. If you received only part of your order, we will send you tracking information for the remainder of the items in your order when they ship oout. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS extra additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Any order over $1,500 will require a signature at delivery. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
All orders will be shipped out USPS. Most shipments are shipped same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST are considered to be next day.
If your product was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment at time of receipt.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is in Business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders take at least one business day to process before shipping. Some products are back order and may take longer to process (such as All CBD Chocolate Edibles).
We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.

All of our international orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail Express International to ensure proper tracking. Standard delivery times for Priority Mail International is 14-21, but it can, at times, take longer to receive your shipment.
Although we only ship to countries where CBD is legal, occasionally our packages get held at customs for reasons we are not privy to.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES HELD AT CUSTOMS and CANNOT REFUND you if your package was held at customs.
This is also stated in the terms and conditions you agree to when you make a purchase. Please familiarize yourself with the customs protocol in your country, including whether your country allows nutritional supplements imported from the US.
